Reality television personality Kassia Uyoyo Ubini has shared that the new year has come with unforeseen challenges for her.
According to Gossip News Now , the former Big Brother Naija housemate revealed that one of the major setbacks she encountered was the sudden resignation of her entire staff shortly before the New Year.
The businesswoman disclosed that following the development, she received overwhelming support from the public, with more than 100 messages from individuals expressing interest in working with her.
However, Kassia clarified that despite the massive response, she is not recruiting new staff at the moment.
She explained that her immediate priority is to restructure and strengthen her team, KXB, by putting better systems in place to enhance efficiency before considering any new hires.
In a message shared on social media, Kassia described the situation as a necessary phase designed to prepare her for greater opportunities ahead.
She added that she remains confident in God’s plan and is embracing the early challenges of 2026 as a chance to grow both personally and professionally.
She wrote, “2026 just began, and I’ve already encountered challenges I didn’t face throughout 2025, including my entire staff resigning just before the New Year. Still, I’ve chosen to pause, reflect, and trust God’s process.
“I’ve received over 100 messages from people interested in working with me, and I truly appreciate the interest. For now, I’m not hiring. I’m focused on restructuring and building a stronger system for KXB before bringing anyone on board.”
