Fashion entrepreneur Tania Omotayo has responded after being accused of using Ozempic to achieve her recent weight loss.
According to Gossip News Now, the rumour started when a Snapchat user mistakenly forwarded a gossip message about Tania’s body transformation directly to her. The message alleged she relied on Ozempic — a diabetes medication popularly misused for weight loss.
Tania, who once dated music superstar Wizkid, quickly corrected the claim. She stated that her transformation was natural and that she has openly documented her fitness journey.
In her response, she reminded the sender — and the public — not to spread false claims, noting she has already posted a detailed TikTok video explaining how she lost weight through healthy means.
The Snapchat message read: “She’s on Ozempic.”
Tania replied:
“Oops. You sent this to me. And no, I’m not on Ozempic. I’ve never hidden how I lost weight. There’s a whole video on my TikTok. Let’s not spread nonsense, please. God bless.”
Ozempic, a drug designed to help people with type 2 diabetes control blood sugar, has recently become a controversial shortcut for weight loss among celebrities. Tania, however, insists her results came from consistent effort — not medication.
