Gaise Baba’s gospel anthem “No Turning Back II” featuring Lawrence Oyor has been crowned the most-streamed Nigerian music video of 2025, according to YouTube’s Nigeria Year-in-Review report.

The annual review highlights the music, creators, and entertainment content that captured the attention of millions of Nigerian viewers throughout the year.

Gospel singer Akinade “Gaise Baba” Ibuoye and Nollywood star-turned-content-creator Omoni Oboli were among the platform’s standout personalities, YouTube’s Head of Music for Sub-Saharan Africa, Addy Awofisayo, revealed in a statement.

Released in mid-May, the song quickly went viral nationwide, racking up over 41 million views in six months and sparking massive engagement across social media platforms.
