Nollywood actor Rotimi Salami has emotionally opened up about the painful loss of his colleague and close friend, Allwell Ademola, whose sudden death has left him devastated.

The tragic passing of the actress, who reportedly died at the age of 43 after suffering a heart attack at her home before being rushed to the hospital, has continued to send shockwaves across the Nigerian movie industry, with tributes pouring in from actors, producers, and fans.

Taking to his Instagram page on Tuesday, Rotimi revealed that he is currently struggling to cope with the loss, describing the past three days as an overwhelming period filled with tears and emotional exhaustion.

He acknowledged the numerous calls, messages, and voice notes sent by concerned colleagues and fans, explaining that although he sees the outpouring of love, he is not yet emotionally strong enough to respond.

According to the actor, the pain remains raw, but he is determined to remain strong for the sake of their family, friends, supporters, and especially his children, who will look up to him for strength as they navigate life without Allwell.

Rotimi also appealed to well-wishers to give him space during this difficult time, admitting that he is still unable to come to terms with the reality of the loss and cannot yet bring himself to say goodbye.
