Nollywood actor Bolanle Ninalowo has offered words of encouragement to media personality Do2tun, urging him to remain steadfast in his fight for custody of his children after his ex-wife, Taiwo Oyebanjo, relocated to the United States without his consent.
Do2tun recently accused the US Embassy in Nigeria of allegedly facilitating Taiwo’s move, claiming the consulate conspired with her and her family to take his children out of the country.
Reacting to the news on Instagram, Bolanle shared his own experience, assuring Do2tun that the fight for parental rights is never in vain. He recounted how his son helped him navigate a similar battle, reminding him that his efforts were seen and valued.
“@do2dtun, you may not have easy access to America or where your kids are, but I promise you that your fight will never go in vain! No loving and present parent’s pain and labour shall go in vain in Jesus’ mighty name.
“This was a conversation with my son in 2024, while I was making the decision to put all I had built and achieved in Nigeria on hold to come back to America and fight for my children, no matter the cost. They will see or have seen your fight at God’s appointed time, brother. Never STOP.
“My son helped me get through it all because he always reminded me that HE SAW ME!!! Now, my daughter is also in a safe place, and my greatest weakness has become my greatest strength. The world thinks they know, they don’t know half of it, but the world doesn’t matter—just noise & distractions!! Only my truth, my journey, and my God matter to ME! May God give you the grace and wisdom to conquer. I hope this message inspires you, @do2dtun, and whoever needs it. Love & Light.”
Bolanle’s message comes as a reminder to parents navigating custody battles that resilience, faith, and dedication to their children remain essential, even in the face of legal and logistical challenges across borders.
