Controversial Nigerian media personality Daddy Freeze has expressed concern over the recent public altercation between music legend 2Baba and his wife, Natasha Osawaru.

According to Gossip News Now, tensions flared on Monday evening during a live Facebook session hosted by Daddy Freeze, when 2Baba and his wife clashed on camera. The singer had joined the live broadcast shortly before the confrontation began, with audio capturing the heated exchange.

In a strained and intense tone, 2Baba was heard saying, “Shut the f up, you need to shut the f*** up.” Natasha responded off-camera, demanding, “Innocent, bring that phone, let him see us together,” and later asked, “Is that Daddy Freeze’s?” while insisting the phone be turned toward them.

During the phone tussle, 2Baba could also be heard warning, “See what you are doing,” just before his audio abruptly cut out.

As confusion mounted on the live stream, Daddy Freeze addressed viewers, urging calm and acknowledging the uncertainty of the situation: “Guys, calm down. Let’s hope there will be stability so that we will know what is going on.”

Following the incident, Daddy Freeze took to Instagram to urge friends and family close to the couple to check on them, describing the Facebook live clash as “scary and traumatising.” He added that he had done his best to help 2Baba and that no one should hold him accountable for the singer’s wellbeing.

“If anything happens to 2Baba in this life, nobody can say I didn’t try,” he wrote. “What happened on my Live show today traumatised me. I don’t know the details of what happened, but it was scary. I am bothered by 2Baba and Natasha. If you are close to them, can you please check on them? Even my wife was worried. I don’t know who to call.”

Daddy Freeze also expressed gratitude to his wife for staying calm during the tense broadcast, saying: “My darling, anytime I see you, I am thankful. Thank you for not beating me because a lot of people would have made a jest of me and said, ‘See the person that talks about people’s lives.’”
