Nollywood actress Dayo Amusa has issued a stern warning to colleague Lizzy Anjorin after online drama erupted following her son’s first birthday celebration.

Gossip News Now reports that the tension began after Dayo hosted a lavish party for her baby boy, which was attended by several movie industry stars, including Iyabo Ojo and Mercy Aigbe.

Clips from the event quickly went viral, with some viewers claiming that the band’s lyrics contained veiled jabs aimed at Lizzy. In response, Lizzy went live on Instagram on Thursday, accusing Dayo and Iyabo of disrespect and insisting the performance targeted her.

Reacting to the accusations, Dayo shared a heated voice note online, warning Lizzy to stop involving her child in any online controversies. She emphasized that they are not friends and reminded Lizzy of past conflicts that led her to maintain distance, even when Lizzy previously offered to visit her after childbirth.

Dayo explained that she replied through Instagram messages because she did not have Lizzy’s phone number, just as Lizzy had once reached out to congratulate her after the birth.

In her voice note, Dayo stated:
“I don’t want to have issues with you. We are like parallel lines that can never meet. We are not friends. You called me out after I delivered my baby and said you wanted to visit, but I declined because of your past behavior. Let this be the last time in your life that you mention my baby’s name in your videos. I don’t joke with my child. If you try it again, my reaction will be off social media, and you won’t like it. Stay in your lane, respect yourself, and stop using my child for your video shenanigans. Otherwise, people will pity you after I’m done. I never want anything to do with you.”
