Reality TV star Phyna has offered words of support to Big Brother Naija Season 10 winner, Imisi.

Gossip News Now reports that she encouraged her colleague not to deal with her family challenges the way she once did.

Phyna reflected on her own tough family experiences, noting that while hardships can be painful, they also present opportunities to grow and become stronger.

Previously, Phyna had opened up about feeling disconnected from her family, explaining that she has long struggled with a sense of being unrecognized since childhood.

She even publicly dropped her family surname, Otabor, citing unresolved conflicts and a lack of belonging.

Her father had reportedly expressed disappointment over her distance, while Phyna said her upbringing taught her to be independent and resilient.

Drawing from her personal journey, she advised Imisi to prioritise her own growth, cultivate resilience, and avoid letting family issues break her spirit.

She wrote on social media:
“To Imisi, @imisiofficial, and anyone walking through similar trials… I’m praying for your strength. My own experiences broke me, but I’m slowly rising. I’m rooting for you with all my heart. Don’t handle it like I did—stay strong and focus on yourself, baby girl.”

Phyna’s message came just days after actor Ijebu urged Imisi to reconcile with her mother.
