Desola, wife of Nollywood actor Kunle Afod, has addressed online criticism over a viral video showing her in a friendly moment with popular fuji singer Malaika.

Gossip News Now reports that Desola shared the video on her Instagram page, but it quickly sparked reactions from fans and followers, with some speculating that she was romantically linked to the singer.

One critic even accused her of embarrassing her husband publicly and advised her to keep any potential relationship private. The comment read: “Embarrassing your husband in public is not fair. You’re dating him! Keep it private.”

In response, Desola fired back, noting that people only hide relationships when they are not proud of who they are associated with. She made it clear that she had no intention of explaining herself or debunking any rumours about dating Malaika.

She added that criticism only strengthens her, saying she is unbothered by pressure. Desola wrote:
