Dr. Moses Okwori, father of the late Deborah, has recounted the horrifying details of how his daughter was murdered in her Lagos apartment by her ex-boyfriend, Lintex Ogale.

Speaking to Punch on Saturday, September 20, 2025, Dr. Okwori revealed that Lintex forcefully entered Deborah’s residence by scaling the fence, damaging the protective net, and breaking through a window.

According to him, when Deborah noticed Lintex and attempted to flee, he chased her down and attacked her viciously with a knife. Her lifeless body was later moved to the Lagos University Teaching Hospital (LUTH), where Dr. Okwori discovered she had sustained no fewer than 21 stab wounds on critical parts of her body, including the chest and neck.

He alleged that Lintex deliberately struck at her vital organs to ensure she did not survive. In his words:

“When Deborah tried to escape, he stabbed her over and over. At LUTH, I saw her body—she had around 21 stab wounds in vital areas.”
