Super Eagles winger Moses Simon has earned a spot in the Ligue 1 Team of the Week following his match-winning performance in Paris FC’s 1-0 victory over Monaco last weekend.

Simon played the full match and netted the decisive goal, securing three crucial points and drawing praise from fans and analysts alike. The recognition marks his first Team of the Week appearance this season.

The 30-year-old joined Paris FC from Nantes during the summer transfer window and has quickly become a key figure for the club, registering three goals and one assist in 11 league games so far.

His strong form comes at a pivotal time, with the Super Eagles preparing for their 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifying playoff against Gabon. Nigeria’s official 𝕏 account announced that the squad will begin arriving in camp next week, stating:
