Nigerian singer Oluwatosin Ajibade, popularly known as Mr Eazi, has reacted to widespread online reports claiming that he and his wife, Temi Otedola, had welcomed their first child, dismissing the story as false.
According to Gossip News Now, the rumour began circulating on January 24, 2026, after a social media influencer posted an image allegedly generated using artificial intelligence, depicting Temi cradling a newborn baby. The post claimed that the couple had welcomed a baby girl after eight years of dating.
The influencer wrote: “Finally!!! Temi Otedola and Mr Eazi have reportedly welcomed their first child, a healthy baby girl, after an eight-year relationship.”
The post quickly gained traction, prompting fans and well-wishers to flood social media with congratulatory messages, believing the news to be genuine.
However, Mr Eazi later responded by questioning the authenticity of the claim, sarcastically asking if his wife was even aware that she had supposedly given birth. His reaction made it clear that the report was inaccurate.
He wrote: “Is Temi aware of this?”
The singer and Temi, who is the daughter of billionaire businessman Femi Otedola, tied the knot last year in a lavish series of wedding ceremonies held across Monaco, Dubai, and Iceland.
As of now, the couple has made no announcement regarding pregnancy or childbirth, and the viral report has been dismissed as unfounded.
