Nigerian actress Nkechi Blessing Sunday has revealed details about her current relationship status, admitting that she has been single longer than ever before.

Speaking on her talk show, Unfiltered with NBS, the Aiyetoro Town star confessed that staying unattached for this long feels unusual for her.

According to Nkechi, she had always been quick to move on in the past—jumping from one relationship into another almost immediately. But this time, she noted, the situation is different.

“This is actually the longest that I have been single,” she said.
“I am literally tired of being single. Before, once I leave one relationship, in two working days I don find another relationship.”

Her candid revelation comes less than a year after she confirmed the end of her relationship with her younger partner, Xxssive. The pair reportedly split in 2024, though Nkechi only made the announcement public in May 2025 via Instagram.

Before that, she was involved in a highly publicized relationship—and messy breakup—with Ekiti-born politician Opeyemi Falegan, which also stirred controversy.

Now at 36, Nkechi says she is still figuring out life and love, embracing her single status even though she admits it feels far from familiar.
