SammyWest, the younger brother of Nollywood actress Regina Daniels, has promised to defend his sister against any form of physical harm.

Gossip News Now recalls that Sammy was recently arrested and arraigned following a petition by Regina’s estranged husband, Senator Ned Nwoko, and was remanded in prison custody.

He regained his freedom on Monday, November 10.

Regina shared a video call with Sammy on social media, highlighting that he is willing to go to prison repeatedly to ensure her safety.

Sammy declared that he is ready to face jail time again if it means protecting his family.

He said, “For my family matter, I ready go prison five times. As long as say nobody go beat you again, I ready go that prison five times,” prompting Regina to express her admiration and love for him.

Captioning the post, Regina wrote: “I love you so much my brother. Nobody go beat me again, na my brother talk am.”

Meanwhile, Nollywood actress Doris Ogala has asserted that Senator Ned Nwoko married Regina Daniels when she was 17.

Gossip News Now reports that Doris made the revelation amid debates about Regina’s age at the time of her marriage.

In an Instagram post, Doris stated that she has seen Regina’s birth certificate and emphasized that only a mother can accurately confirm her child’s age.

She wrote, “Only a mother will tell you when she gave birth to her child. I’ve seen Regina’s birth certificate and international passport. Gina was born on 10 Oct 2001. She got married sometime in May 2019. She was 17+ when she married.”
