Nigerian media personality Oladotun Ojuolape Kayode, better known as Do2dtun, has weighed in on the recent controversy surrounding content creator Peller, who crashed his car during a live broadcast amid reported relationship issues with Jarvis.
Reacting on social media, Do2dtun shared his thoughts on the nature of their relationship, stating that it appears to be driven by fame, public approval, and validation rather than genuine emotional connection.
According to Do2dtun, relationships built on public attention create immense pressure, unrealistic expectations, and unhealthy habits. He advised both Peller and Jarvis to take a step back from each other to focus on personal growth and to learn from their own mistakes without the weight of public scrutiny.
He said, “A relationship built on interest and validation will lead to unattainable expectations. It pushes people to live beyond their means and cater to the desires of strangers. What are you both, beyond the lights and cameras? If you’re trying to please people, it’s only a matter of time before it explodes.”
He went on to express that both individuals need time apart to understand who they are as individuals, to make their mistakes, and to develop without the constant pressure to perform for the public. “They grew too fast, and we encouraged it,” Do2dtun noted. “You people who stan them are the real devils. Kids their age should still be living under their parents’ roof.”
He warned that fame and money, especially when applied at such a young age, can be dangerous, and he urged both Peller and Jarvis to take time to reevaluate their relationship before it becomes toxic. “Let them be kids, let them grow. Fame is fickle, and no matter how famous they are, they should still have a childhood.”
Concluding, Do2dtun stated, “Peller and Jarvis’ relationship is a ticking time bomb. It’s cute but toxic. They need to live and grow individually first, before they can truly understand what they mean to each other.”
