An Abuja High Court has scheduled November 26, 2025, for the hearing of an assault and battery case involving Nigerian rapper Tochukwu Gbubemi Ojogwu, popularly known as Odumodublvck.

According to Gossip News Now, the case was filed by singer Levi Ogbogiri, also known as Kraziecent, who accused Odumodublvck of physically attacking him during a public event on December 16, 2024.

Kraziecent alleged that the incident occurred while he was taking pictures and videos at the event, insisting that he did nothing to provoke the rapper. He claimed the assault left him with physical and emotional distress, as well as damage to his iPhone 15 Pro Max.

During the court proceedings, Kraziecent’s lawyer informed the court that Odumodublvck had been properly served with all relevant documents but had yet to file a response.

In reaction, Odumodublvck’s legal representative requested an adjournment to allow more time to prepare for the case.

Kraziecent is seeking compensation for the damaged phone, public humiliation, and reputational harm allegedly caused by the incident. He is also demanding that the rapper issue a public apology both on social media and in two national newspapers, as well as a court order preventing any further harassment.

This development comes just days after Odumodublvck claimed that many of his colleagues in the entertainment industry are envious of him.

In a recent appearance on the Toronto Ada’s Room Podcast, the rapper addressed ongoing criticism about his lyrical abilities, stating that the perception that he is “not lyrically gifted” stems from jealousy and resentment within the industry.
