Nollywood actress Doris Ogala has reportedly attempted suicide following the collapse of an alleged relationship with the founder of Liberation City Church, Ojodu Berger, Pastor Chris Okafor.

Gossip News Now reports that the actress made the allegation in a viral video circulating on social media, where she accused the Lagos-based pastor of ruining her life.

The 44-year-old actress claimed that she had been in an intimate relationship with Pastor Okafor since 2017. Speaking emotionally, Ogala alleged that the relationship cost her dearly, stating that she suffered a miscarriage, lost her brother under mysterious circumstances, and has battled health challenges ever since.

According to her, the pastor allegedly persuaded her to end her marriage with promises of marriage, only to later announce his engagement to another woman.

Ogala further alleged that she endured several traumatic experiences, including miscarriages, during the course of the relationship.

Her emotional outburst followed the circulation of a video showing Pastor Okafor proposing to a woman at a celebratory event attended by family and friends. The engagement, said to have been conducted privately, became public shortly before Ogala released her video.

Amid the controversy, Nollywood actor Digidi Dunhill shared a video on Sunday showing him taking Ogala to a hospital. In the clip, the actress was seen bleeding from a self-inflicted injury to her hand.

Dunhill was heard saying, “Please, I don’t know who this Chris is. Whoever you are, please come to her aid. She has cut her hand. Doris, are you trying to commit suicide?”
