Regina Daniels Responds to Ned Nwoko’s $40000 Theft Allegation

Nollywood actress Regina Daniels has addressed the accusations made by her estranged husband, Ned Nwoko, claiming she and her siblings stole $40,000 from his home.

According to Gossip News Now, Regina revealed during an Instagram live conversation with media personality Daddy Freeze that Ned had already arranged for her brother’s arrest and that arrest warrants had been issued for every member of her family, including herself.

She questioned the validity of the accusation, insisting that Ned Nwoko does not store cash in his residence and therefore the allegation makes little sense.

Regina stated, “Yes, it’s confirmed. It is Ned, and I’ve verified it. There’s a warrant for everyone, including me. He claims we stole 40,000 dollars from his house, but he doesn’t even keep money at home, so why accuse us of taking 40k?”

Meanwhile, Nollywood actress Georgina Onuoha has criticized Senator Ned Nwoko over his recent statement alleging that Regina Daniels is involved in drug use.

Nwoko’s media team denied accusations of domestic abuse, suggesting instead that such allegations were an attempt to distract from what they described as long-standing concerns about health and behaviour.

They asserted that independent toxicology tests indicated the presence and misuse of various substances, which they said supported concerns privately raised months before the matter became public.

According to the team, Nwoko consistently encouraged Regina to seek professional support, including therapy and rehabilitation, well before the controversy escalated online.

They added that the October message referenced in circulating reports was meant to reflect worry and a push for continued care, not any form of violence.

The team also explained that financial restrictions put in place by Nwoko were intended to reduce harmful behaviour rather than serve as punishment.

Responding on Instagram, Georgina Onuoha condemned what she described as Ned Nwoko’s continued online harassment and targeted attacks against Regina.

She argued that his behaviour aligns with traits of a malignant narcissist and suggested that he may need psychological intervention rather than Regina.

Georgina further stated that his conduct is unbecoming of a respected public figure and emphasized that if anything happens to Regina, responsibility should be clearly assigned.
