Nigerian music stars Adekunle Gold and Simi have reportedly welcomed a set of twins.
Gossip News Now reports that the news was shared on Adekunle Gold’s Snapchat story, where he revealed that the couple had prayed for another child and were blessed with two.
He wrote:
“Asked God for another child and He blessed me double.”
This marks their second time welcoming children, following the birth of their daughter Adejare in 2020.
Simi had recently fueled pregnancy speculation after appearing with a baby bump in the music video for her song “My Love Is The Same.”
In a separate story, Afrobeats singer Tiwa Savage issued a stern warning to popular Twitter influencer Dami Foreign, instructing him to stop posting content about her son, Jamil Balogun.
Naija News reports that the controversy began after the influencer mentioned her child in a recent post, prompting a direct response from the singer. Tiwa Savage emphasized that discussing her son crossed a boundary and would not be tolerated.
The singer also noted that this was not the first time the influencer had targeted her online. Over time, he has posted several remarks about her career and personal life, often spreading hateful content.
While Tiwa Savage usually ignores online trolling, she stressed that involving her child is unacceptable and warned that further comments about him would be taken seriously.
