Former Big Brother Naija star Tuoyo Ideh has vowed to take legal action following a recent National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) operation that he claims left him injured and deeply traumatized.

According to Gossip News Now, Tuoyo made the revelation via his Instagram story, noting that three days after the raid, he is still dealing with physical pain and emotional distress. The incident reportedly occurred during an NDLEA raid at a nightclub in Victoria Island, Lagos.

Tuoyo expressed gratitude to fans, friends, and colleagues for their calls and messages, saying their support has helped him cope through the ordeal.

In his statement, he emphasized that the experience violated his rights and confirmed that he has already begun steps toward seeking legal redress.

He wrote:
“It’s been three days since the NDLEA incident, and I’m still trying to process everything. I’m still in pain and traumatized. Thank you to everyone who has reached out — your support has kept me going. I have decided to take legal action against the infringement of my human right, and I hope justice will take its full course.”

Tuoyo added that he hopes the case will serve as a step toward accountability and justice.
