Nigerian content creator Peller has spoken about allegations linking him to the permanent ban of fellow creator Carter Efe’s TikTok account.
Peller’s comments came after a video circulated online accusing him of reporting Carter Efe’s account or pushing for its suspension.
Rather than directly dismissing the allegation, Peller addressed the situation while discussing Carter Efe’s activities during a TikTok livestream.
Why Peller’s Name Was Linked To The Ban
Carter Efe recently lost his TikTok account, which had reportedly amassed more than 5.6 million followers, after the platform permanently removed the page over alleged repeated violations of its community guidelines.
The development generated reactions across social media, with claims subsequently emerging that Peller had played a role in the account’s removal.
Those claims, however, remain allegations in the material available for this report and should not be treated as established fact.
Peller Speaks On Carter Efe’s TikTok Situation
Reacting to the accusation, Peller said he had seen a video in which he was accused of being responsible for Carter Efe’s TikTok account ban.
He also referred to activities Carter Efe allegedly carried out during a livestream, including what Peller described as opening a “boxer” on the platform.
According to Peller, Carter Efe may not have anticipated that such activity could result in action against his account.
Peller said:
“I just see video where dem dey accuse me of banning somebody’s account on TikTok. When him dey open boxer on livestream and even do… on livestream, him no know say them go ban am. I’m not debunking it. He’s a small boy. Make him face his challenges….”
What Peller’s Response Means
Peller’s remarks do not provide evidence that he caused Carter Efe’s account to be removed. Instead, his response addresses the allegation while pointing to the activities that he believes may have contributed to the TikTok action.
His statement also leaves the central accusation unresolved, as the material available does not establish that Peller reported the account or directly influenced TikTok’s decision.
For now, the confirmed development in the report is Carter Efe’s loss of his TikTok account and Peller’s subsequent response to the claims circulating around the incident.
